CANCELLATION POLICY
1) 10% of Product Value is Non-Refundable in case of order cancellation by the customer. 100% of the Products Value is refunded to the customer in case of Product Cancellation either by the manufacturer or by STUDIO VAULT.

EXCHANGE POLICY
1) Regular priced toys and collectibles purchased at STUDIO VAULT may be exchanged within NINE (9) days from the date of delivery provided the product is returned in an unopened, unused, intact and sale-able condition, together with the original product / price tag and invoice as the proof of purchase.
2) Discounted, Sale, Gift and Promotional items, Comics, Stationery and Merchandise will not be exchanged.
3) Cash refunds will not be given. The customer is entitled to purchase items of the equivalent value of the product returned.

5) Once we notify to ship the item back to STUDIO VAULT, please address the shipment to - SRW IMPEX, 12/36 (The Garage), Cambridge Road, Halasuru, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560 008, INDIA.
6) On receipt, the returned item will be inspected and we will notify if the received product is approved or rejected. Once approved, the requested new product will be shipped you in FIVE (5) working days (if the requested product is a In-Store product). In case if the requested new product is a Pre-Order, then the same will be shipped out in FOUR (4) weeks from the date of release.
7) Exchange value is ONLY for the product value and does not include any shipping costs. All shipping costs to and from STUDIO VAULT will be borne by the customer.
8) Depending on where the customer resides, the time taken for the shipped product to reach may vary from FOUR (4) ~ EIGHT (8) working days.
